Centering, Control, Flow, Breath, Precision, and Concentration:

These principles are the essential ingredients in a high quality Pilates workout. The Pilates method has always emphasized quality over quantity, and you will find that, unlike many systems of exercise, Pilates exercises do not include a lot of repetitions for each move. Instead, doing each exercise fully, with precision, yields significant results in a shorter time than one would ever imagine. A true mind body method of physical fitness !


  WHY ONE TO ONE PRIVATE SESSIONS ?

GROUP SESSIONS EITHER IN YOUR HOME OR A PURPOSE BUILT STUDIO



INSTEAD OF JUST LETTING SOMEONE ELSE BE IN CHARGE OF YOUR BODY THROUGH MASSAGE?

Why not treat yourself to a full body work-out ?   Think of it as a full body massage except you are in control of your muscles and your muscles will retain "muscle memory"

When your body learns a routine set of exercises those exercises remain in the sub-concience and can be called on again and again in order to develop and gain the benefits PILATES gives.

Joseph Pilates said that when only doing his main principles of exercise it should take no longer than 20minutes.  Imagine only 20 minutes a day and you will retain excellent physical health !
