Before moving to Paris Anne has been involved in dance all her life.  Firstly as a performer in Classical Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary Dance in both London UK and Dublin Ireland.  She was involved in Anton Dolin's production of Giselle.

Pilates played a big part in cross training in which she found very beneficial to enhance the execution and strength required to perfect the art form of dance.  She later developed her interest in teaching, specialising in Classical Ballet.  Her last prestigious appointment was as Artistic Director of Irish National Youth Ballet.

Anne moved from Ireland with her husband, to live in Paris in 2007.  Immediately on re-location she attended the teacher training programme with "Alyne Centre de Bien Etre" in Balanced Body University of the Pilates Method, California.
