Without launching into a full scale blog I am just introducing a chatty page about anything and everything. The main topic will be Pilates and general health ideas.
I am also passionate about a quality lifestyle and in Paris it is easily found, we are surrounded by beauty in all its forms. From Haussmannian buildings to museums and parks, inspiration is around every corner. Let’s also not forget people watching as well as Fashion and Art !

Let's remain forever young. Embrace all the knowledge that you have accumulated over the years and your experiences both good and not so good which have made you wiser. Exercise, along with good eating habits keeps body and mind in sync. Below are pictures of the ever inspiring Audrey Hepburn doing her stretches. Let's not be "anti-age" let's be ageless and forever curious for adventures yet to come.
My best tool in order to live the life I wish to lead is to Practice and Teach Pilates every day. In these pictures Audrey Hepburn shows a stretch for the hip flexors which is very important for stabilising the pelvis. In another picture she is hanging upside down which is good for sending blood to the face. Note that she is rounding her back to touch the ground, it's not that she can't go into an all-out "flat hand" to touch her toes but she shows the Pilates way of reaching and uncurling making sure that the abdominal muscles are in control. By rounding the back the these essential muscles can do their work.
We should do an inverted position every day and hold it for the count of 60 to increase blood flow to the face in order to soften or even get rid of some of those "untidy" wrinkles.
